Disclaimer - Please read carefully by comitting to a rabbit you are agreeing to the Terms of Sale Policy.

* This is my hobby and not a business, all money made from the sale of any rabbit is put back into my rabbits, for food, bedding, the upkeep of their cages and their general well being such as vet bills etc. 

* My rabbits are my pets before breeders and they will have a good rest inbetween litters.

* I will not breed to order.

* The person wishing to adopt a bunny should have knowledge of a rabbits needs as it is the sole responsibility of the individuals concerned taking the rabbits to look after them for the rest of their lives.

* On collection you must carry out a full check on your bunny before leaving with it so we both know you are happy with the bunnies health and wellbeing, as all rabbits are sold as seen.

* Once a rabbit has left my care after 24 hours i hold no responsibility for its care and im under no obligation to refund or replace the rabbit after this time.  

* Cobaya stud does not sell sick rabbits all of our rabbits are weaned and healthy at the time of sale we will not sell any rabbit that is younger than 8 weeks of age and we will not sell any rabbit that shows any signs of been ill we are not responsible for the rabbit once it has left our care nor will we be responsible for any medical / vet costs incured however if we have agreed to hold a rabbit that is paid for and the rabbit becomes ill or injured we will replace with a rabbit of equal value of your choice from the Nursery page only. 

* No rabbit will leave until im 100% satisfied it is ready to go to its new home.

* I do not sell to anyone under the age of 16 years unless accompanied by a responsible adult who is willing to take responsibility for the care and well being of the bunny.

* I have the right to refuse a sale if i dont feel comfortable with it. 

* Cobaya stud is unable to give any guarantee as to the sex of any rabbit.

* All babies leave with enough food for change over, a care sheet , birth certificate and a pedigree.

* A 50% Non refundable deposit is required to hold the bunny of your choice unless your chosen bunny becomes unavailable for any reason.

* A suitable pet carrier must be brought with you upon collection of your bunny as we do not supply carriers and i will not let any bunny leave without one.

* I will hold a bunny for 5 days without a deposit if the deposit is not paid the bunny will then go back up for adoption we have to do this due to time wasters.

* All rabbits must be picked up on the date of collection unless prior arrangements have been made if the rabbit is not picked up then it will go back up for adoption.

* I offer a life time of help and support to anyone who has or hasnt adopted a rabbit from me so if there is anything at all  please contact me via the contact page and i will always help where i can.
